Standard verification documents accepted include:

• Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back
• Driving licence issued by a Pakistani authority
• Passport with a valid Pakistani visa or citizen status
• Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification (where requested)

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any registered device — secure at all times. h555com will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately and change your password without delay.

h555com is strictly an 18+ platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, play, or claim any bonus on h555com. Age verification may be requested at any point — during registration, following a deposit, or at the point of a withdrawal request. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

Deposits: h555com charges no fee on any deposit. A minimum deposit of Rs 500 applies for mobile wallet methods; Rs 1,000 applies for bank transfer and card deposits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile wallets (typically under 30 seconds) and within 30 minutes for IBFT transfers.

Withdrawals: h555com charges no withdrawal fee. A minimum withdrawal of Rs 1,000 applies for mobile wallets and Rs 2,000 for bank and card withdrawals. All withdrawal requests require OTP verification via your registered mobile number. Withdrawals made to a bank account require the bank account holder's name to match the h555com account's verified name exactly. First-time bank account withdrawals may require you to upload a screenshot of the bank account details page as part of a one-time verification process.

General bonus rules that apply across all h555com promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method

All bets placed on h555com are final once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, voided, or altered by the player except in circumstances explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules (for example, cash-out features where available on sports markets). For sports betting including cricket, football, and virtual sports:

• Odds are quoted in decimal format by default and may be changed to fractional or American format in your account settings

• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or significantly altered, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published on the event page

h555com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a fraud or compliance risk, or that the player poses a harm to other users or the platform's integrity.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to funds held in that account will be temporarily restricted until the investigation is concluded. h555com aims to resolve all investigations within 10 working days. Where an investigation concludes that no violation has occurred, full account access and any temporarily held funds will be restored without deduction.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@h555com.ws. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed as a final withdrawal to the player's most recently verified payment method within 5 working days of the closure request being confirmed.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. h555com will attempt to contact the account holder via registered email before applying a monthly Rs 200 dormancy maintenance fee. Accounts with a zero balance and no activity for 24 months may be closed without further notice.
